Founded by Haniya W., a Harvard SICI Scholar, Leading Lady Empire is a free virtual empowerment platform, striving to create opportunities for as many as possible. At Leading Lady Empire, we are dedicated to uplifting and empowering girls and women from all walks of life across all regions of the world. With our core in Pakistan, our tight-knit community is built on the foundation of supporting gender equality, women empowerment, and women's rights all over the world. By raising awareness about education globally and recognizing exceptional talent, we strive to create a more inclusive and equitable society for women and girls to ensure no one is left behind.
Since our establishment and humble beginnings in 2022, we have been committed to being a beacon of hope and change in the global education community. With our growing impact, we envision significant progress in the global education development, hoping to witness every girl and woman's chance at life.

Our mission is to increase access to quality education and vocational training, empowering women and girls in the world to overcome barriers in education and realize their full potential. By focusing on minorities, we aim to provide remote educational resources, practical skills, and support systems that foster personal and professional growth, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and prosperous society.
OUR PEOPLE
In an age of empowerment and powerful women rights, women are encouraged to use their voice more than ever before. We help young girls and women under 25 stand their ground through education. At Leading Lady Empire, education is a tool to help the world's most underserved youth realize the the potential of maximizing given opportunities for strong personal development and success. In every corner of the world.

We have over 10,000+ supporters and have combinedly reached more than 1,000,000+ women with the support of our team of 1,000+ incredible volunteers and 15+ partner organizations. We continue to focus our efforts to increase this number everyday and make a difference together. We have developed over 100+ resources and led more than 50+ workshops.

New Program Launched at Leading Lady Empire!
We are proud to announce the launch of its new flagship Women Leaders Program, a transformative initiative designed to elevate the next generation of female changemakers across the globe. Built on the pillars of confidence, competence, and community, the Women Leaders Program brings together cutting-edge learning experiences.
It also involves expert-led masterclasses, personalized coaching, and collaborative projects that prepare women to lead with purpose in their careers, communities, and personal lives. Participants will gain access to practical tools, strategic insights, and a powerful network of peers committed to driving meaningful change. Registration is now closed.
